Known as the Round House, this suite isat the centre of the property with views of the river, it includes its own living and dining room space downstairs and double ensuite bedroom upstairs. It has a beautiful balcony with long views north and dramatic views over the valley. Also decorated with antique furniture and fine antique Persian carpets, . The Round House also features its own private outdoor bathroom with a "loo with a view" and outdoor shower perfect for a hot shower under the stars. With its own dining table, its the perfect place for a romantic dinner for two or intimate family dinner. ;
Deluxe Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. Featuring a balcony, this stunning room decorated with an antique Persian carpet and two beautiful 5 feet wide British Raj beds which would have been used by junior British military officers more than 160 years ago. The private bathroom is fitted with a shower. ;
King Room with Balcony. This beautiful double room is decorated with antique Heriz and Caucasian carpets and features a 7 foot wide British Raj bed made in India and dating from about 1840. It would have been used by a senior officer of the British military. It features stunningly carved bare-breasted angels in the head board. ;
Family Bungalow. This family cottage is nestled in to the gardens with long views and a shared terrace between the double and twin bed rooms. The double bedroom has a antique four-poster bed and the twin room has two hand-made wrought iron beds made on the farm. This room is also decorated with paintings by a well-known local artist. Both rooms are en-suite with showers. ;
